- The prizes has to be fair enough
- Being able to keep the forums active (With polls, events or what ever comes to your mind)

- Has to know what things attracts to a player
- Give ideas to make a better promotion for the server
- Being active to post on RMS Server's Seeking section (And also every other kind of Forums to attract players)
- Able to answer questions about the server

- Able to Setup Rules (We can all work together to make these ones)
- Good judgment for punishments
