Reduce Damage Normal Atk With EDP

My server is running 255/120 and my players said Normal Attack + Edp is so Over Powered. and i tested sinx with EDP to players and just takes 1.5 - 2secs get killed. Help me how to reduce damage of EDP + Normal Attack
