Refine Function

hi, im requesting for function npc,

i had 1 custom item that call a function, it's refine equipment which is refineable by +1.

so this is the role

equip a weapon -> using a custom item -> my weapon refine level raised by +1.

To be clear you want:

NPC that will refine your equipped item at the price of X (example, 7227-TCG Card) and it will refine +1 at a 100% rate?

nope, just refine +1 without requirement,

just like @refine, but @refine can upgrades weapon which is cannot be refined,

i want it work only for upgradable equipment.

and it is not NPC, but function for custom item. so i had usable item, when i double click it, my equipment is upgraded.
