Request Latest Update... Ready to play Copy

Good day... May I request a link of the latest ready-to-play copy of the whole game itself... (renewal) I am really zero knowledge about scripting and I'm having trouble locating folders and files.. copying and pasting and all of that programming thing... 

I hope someone will notice this..

I was able to make rAthena working... however..  can you guide me on how to edit atkspd...? specifically the folder and file that i will go to... thanks
