FOREWORD
Welcome to RetRO-Gaming. Here, we try to keep that nostalgic environment. That same environment and feel that we once had when ragnarok opened back in the old days of Ragnarok which made us fall in love in it. But change is inevitable. And whether we want to admit it or not, it is what keeps it interesting. It's what motivates us to continue and explore. But as we develop the server, we will try to accommodate not only our(admins) needs and wants, but also yours, our beloved community. For if we think about it, customizations is one of the few reasons why private servers got popular. But as these changes come, mostly the additions of custom items, we will do our best to keep it fair and balanced. We believe that poorly balanced customizations is what kills the game. And that being said, uniqueness and creativeness, dies with it.
We hope you give us the chance to give you the best Ragnarok experience.

We need someone who isn't biased incase of disputes. Someone who will always think "what will be the best for the community." For you might settle disputes. Someone active. Preferably would dedicate 4 hours a day to the game. Whether it's just waiting for someone in need of help, playing, or just hanging out.
Helper (3)
Yes the number might be a bit high for a server that's only starting. But fact of the matter is, I do expect population growth. And hiring helpers right now will build trust and community. Your job is simple, there will always be those, veterans or newbies, who will have questions or will need assistance. So that's where you'll come in.
Forum Mods (3)
"But you don't even have a community yet!!" It is for the same reason I'm looking for 3 helpers. Those who apply for Sub-GM or Helpers, MAY apply too for Forum Mods. I will need someone who will help answer questions, write guides, clean forum, etc. And not just closing or approving threads.
Testers (unlimited)
This will be a temporary position. Will be rewarded on official launch. Rewards will vary depending on report contributions. No further reward detail will be disclosed. Everyone who apply will be considered candidates to be members of RetRO-Gaming permanent staff. Will be required to file reports every 2 days until the official launch. Bugs and/or suggestions.
Note to applicants:
Your position may be permanent. But that doesn't mean immunity. Inactivity and foul behaviors will not be tolerated.
