I did a lot of requests, most of the time (specially for returning customers) I didn't charge at all since it still feels weird to charge money for something I love as much as Herc, if I did private requests I felt bad because I wanted to share it, if I did official content it felt bad because I wanted to push it to herc. 

So for now, I do not take paid tasks anymore. I may take personal requests depending on what it is and if it is intersting for me.

Small showcase of a recent client side work for Elaria Woon Reloaded

They decided to get Gepard Shield as well (not sold by me). 

As you can see everything is nice and clean. Patcher is Thor, but a version of mine (with half the size) and faster executing.

I still work on the large client.exe sizes. Their custom grf shrank around 85% compared to before. The data.grf is the extended one (with files from all the official servers) I offer here too, but with some additional tweaks. And ofc, we all know those messy looking zip archives, folders and files thrown into random directions and 20 dlls noone needs. 

Installers are packed using lzma2 (less random data, very fast extracting/installing).

Another request was the 6dice event (automated) where the first player rolling a 6 with the dice emote will win. I thought it fits to have as much as possible random, so i added various effects, sounds, emotes and npctalks whenever you do not dice a 6. There are also some other chaotic chances like warping the player around or changing the size/disguise (using pure specialeffect, so it will disappear once the player switches the map. This was to prevent them going like that to pvp/bg/woe).

But basically each time there is a if condition, there is also a f_rand xD

He convert some of my old rathena script to Hercules. Also removed encryption of my old grf I forgot password but could proof it mine. Very skilled scripts for events, all hail. I rate 5/5.

Ridley cleaned out my RO folder. It was cluttered to all hell and I had no idea what to do, but Mr. Shark came to the rescue!

Only took him 15-20 minutes plus upload time. Also, he is super friendly and great customer service.

He can also compress your grf if that is something you want. My grf was at 147mb, and he managed to get it down to 85mb (though I chose not to take it up).

Definitely recommend you to choose Ridley if there is something in his realm of expertise you need.

Small addition, I was asked about the "story writing" I offer. I am a gamemaster (hired by the publisher) and also an author of a german pen and paper roleplaying game called The Dark Eye (english version was on kick starter 4 months ago).

Didn't get him started/working on any projects but...

I found him being very helpful and would go the extra mile to explain things in a very detailed manner. Not to mention he responds very fast too! He has time for you and ensures that the time is well spent as well. Thumbs up for Ridley!
