Server Level Up System
What it should do:
It has to check how many EXP the whole playerbase does.
If a certain amount of EXP was gained a map will be unlocked.
Maps that can be unlocked should be able to set through script.
There has to be an announcement when the playerbase reached 25,50, 75 and 100% of the needed EXP to unlock a map.
Needed EXP has to be visible through a NPC for every player.
