Setting Up with 20131223 client

Anyone can help me about setup ?
i have compile mmo.h with ‪#‎DEFINE‬ 20131223 and set version in clientinfo.xml to 30
but the result its like this?? whats wrong with my setting?

Have you disabled packet encryption while diffing? ^^
