Some of my player Keep DC?

Hello,

may i know what is the problem? I ask and the player do this : 

• open port 6900 in the router modem (done)
  
• put exception of port 6900 and client.exe in firewall(done)
  

And i already use 18/4/2012  Hercules Test Client.. Also update all my DLL(s), data.grf to latest kro.. The weird is.. others including me have stable connection.. But some people only.. I dont know what to do.. I already google for solution but not found that really works.. One of the DC player have fastest internet connection about 600kbps download speed but he also have dc problem.. Can you guys help me? Thanks..

Oh i forgot.. My server hosted by VPS.. And at vps all ports open and also have put in firewall in allow list..

You should check the console for each server and see if outputs any sort of useful information. Just "some people d/c" doesnt help much on figuring out the issue.

i check console nothing weird or abnormal.. Nothing rejected nor blocked.. He also try playing with other account.. But still same.. So.. you think this problem my server side or his computer side?
