Start new emulator

Hello I would like to use the emulator forum , but hey naos where to find the necessary arquivs from the emulator and the compiler .

Do not know much about English. so my difficulty to find here .

download latest version from here and compile with visual studio, and if you don't understand, try posting at portuguese subforum in order to receive support in your native tongue
