Anyone knows how to make this sprite(red box) appear in-game?

which one is the 13th image? it should have appeared in front by default (since i can see the glove body should be in the background).

The 13th image is the one in the left side.

In-game SS only image 7 is shown in-game.. image 13 is not shown..
