Yung sa iteminfo.lub mo 230017 nakalagay, pero 23017 lang ang sa item_db.conf

@kyeme Salamat pare xD. dko nakita sorry . may isa pakong tanong yung pano yung script ng Reduces all skill's after-cast delay by 5% sa item_db.conf?

Gayahin mo lang yung script ng ibang items, gaya ng naalala ko sa reduce after cast delay ay yung Kiel Card
