Update map

I've run the processes to add the plugin, now I need to redo the mapcache to enable spare parts in prontera. How to proceed?

I've also put all the other files in the right places

Issue :: You have incomplete conf folder. 

Explaination :: Which means you got something missing from "Hercules/conf/plugins.conf" folder

Recovery Step :: Re-Clone or Re-Update your hercules installation.  Vital.
