I'm new at Hercules and I dreamed to be a DEV too just you guys here. I've been trying to make a private server but the guide on how to setup is already outdated, I've been reading the topic posted by @patskie http://herc.ws/board/topic/968-guide-how-to-setup-hercules/?hl=guides and it's posted since June 2013.
I know that there's already a guide but the application that he used in his topic already old, is there anyone here can post an updated version like what @paskie posted, it would be a great help for us beginners and want to be a future DEV too.

- Visual Studio 2013
- WAMP server 3.0.0
- MySQL Workbench 6.3
- Notepad++ 6.9
