It is possible to make a vote for points system which check if it was realy voted before give points?

If it is, someone has it or know how to do?

Ai4rei, told me its not possible to know whether someone is really voting or farming on this system with a web bot...

Since, vote sites do not cooperate and do not provide any means to verrify vote

However, I want to mingle with it and see for myself 

if it is as impossible as claimed...

There are some websites that provide an incentive post-back url that triggers when a vote is successful, and returns some params you can use to verify the user.
