We all know that Vellum Items and Siege Items only works on WOE and PVP Areas, is it possible to make them work also in specific area or at least exempt a particular map?
Like I want to make them work in prontera also but in prontera only aside from WOE and PVP area.
Or How to make it work in all MAPS?
