Volume Music (Audio Options) not saving

Only volume music in 'Audio Options' are not saving.
All other options are being saved smoothly.
 
PS: Check box saving perfectly.
 
Would anyone help me?

Have Been disabled HKLM / HKCU and I'm running the client as administrator.

But the problem continue.

It seems this has to the que with my client.
If someone has the same problem, I recommend change hexed.
