Weapon level up and armor

i am working on a project with a couple of friends and was wondering if someone can make a small plugin to allow certain items to level and get stronger by level would be cool if i could specify what weapons i hope its simple to make.

 
You could make clones of your weapon/equip to leveling.
Eg:
 
Katana Lv 1: Atk 50
Katana Lv 2: Atk 60
Katana Lv 3: Atk 70
Katana Lv 4: Atk 80
Katana Lv 5: Atk 90
 
It's something I was going to do later at Jan,

However here's how you can do it,

Create structure of item_data containing eexp, append it with original item data, whenever item saves/trades/deleted, don't forget to change the new structure that you made .

 
unfortinately i am not smart enough yet to do so my coding abilities are very basic  but i am willing to pay for a plugin or even source mod of this that i dont mind being shared with the community.
