will the ATK will decrease when you wear a bow?

is it normal? enlighten me pls. thanks.

AGI 175
VIT 113
INT 3
DEX 130
LUK 1

Yes it's kinda normal since melee weapons are based on str and

range weapons are based on dex you should higher dex to increase attack when using a bow
