Where can I locate the skill_nocast_db in hercules?

I just want to add limit using some skills in certain maps, but I can't this .txt file.

its located in your DB folder ,  RE or PRE    map_zone_db.conf

skill_nocast_db got droppen for the map_zone_db  upgrade.

You edited something.. because that error doesn't just randomly appear. Could you give a little more detail as to what you did to cause it?

Make sure you have a "Towns" entry in the db/<re or pre-re>/map_zone_db.conf file.

Also make sure the "Towns" entry is valid (aka, make sure you don't get any errors in the console related to your map_zone_db.conf file
