where's conf/inter-server.conf gone?

I'm following this guide (link below) but could not find conf/inter-server.conf to put mysql username & password.

for mysql see file conf/global/sql_connection.conf

You can also search for stuff in Linux (I see the forward slashes).

Search: find . -iname <whatever>

Search for text inside files: grep -rnw '.' -e 'whatever'
