Wrong placement of icons

Since i do think that my little problem goes with client, i put it here, if no, sorry in advance.

So for trouble that i encounter you can see it on screenshot.

Search told me that those icons is goes from towninfo.lub, but after look there i don't see any problem. Don't really know where to start so, any help?

I did check and found wrong coordinates, after changing them, in game icons don't move an inch.

The most strange thing, it is that i can walk around that area and with jump commands it send me to random coordinates. Seems like area is blocked by something...

i think maybe just change the location of npc to that icons
