• Terms and Condition
- To begin the service you have to pay the half first, so i can start working and the other half after the project is done 100%.
- All payment are in USD and i only accept paypal/Western.
- Upon payment you cannot refund purchases.
- Customer only have 1 request at the same time.
- Map work 1 to 4 hours per customer.
- I will show the map to the customer when it is 30% done.
- If you accept the previewed map, you cannot reject it.
- If you change client in harmony you have to pay again.
• Exclusivity
- Exclusive (an extra that applies to the services: "Maps from scratch", and "Map Edits", means, that the map you commision will not be reselled by me.
- Exclusive applies only for your map and the design/structure of it. However, models imported can be used "sporadically" by me as a part of my collection of resources for further unique map works, different obviously than the original exclusive request.
- Exclusivenes of a map might ends for the following reasons:
- You Lost the exclusive of all of your maps if you are a frequent customer and suddenly, you ask for one work a and you don't pay for the first or second half of it when the work already started. Dissapearing and avoiding me to reply back and leaving the amount of work and time I did for your work in nothing.
- Lets say you ask for a map, and you pay all for it... but you never use it (your server never launches in a time lapse of 3 months after giving you the map) the exclusive in this case is lost, since it has no sense to keep that work reserved for a server who will not use it.
- If your server dies, or stops, the exclusive of all your maps are no longer active. They are valid, only, if the server is active.
- You lost exclusiveness if you don't protect (encrypt) your files.
