May I asked your opinion guys what is the "MOST STABLE and MOST USED" client for a pre-renewal settings nowadays?

Because existing link is dead, I edited and reuploaded. Use this instead of default exe to diff with.

Edit: Skip service select diff WILL cause this client to crash! Be careful with the diffs you apply, if your client is crashing, try only loading recommended, if no crash, remove your diff's one at a time and just play with it (remove diff > error > reapply diff and try removing another diff > repeat, if continue to error try removing multiple diffs at a time, watch where you error (is it when you login? is it char select? service select? etc)) until it works.
Also, be sure to copy files from System/Font from the Translation Project into your RO folder's System/Font directory, or it will give you a RixSquirrel10.eot error.
And if you reallyyyy want to use this client, you will also need this GRF. It has Korean GRF, Translation Project, and the new prontera map with the split model files so the client can actually load it (forgot who made this, found it once and can't find it again). But do know you can use this client though the stability is questionable. It is less of a headache.

what does "[5]. Now you got the patched exe, next is to edit your Hercules so it accept your client date" even mean though? Im new in this forum. I can not understand what does he mean by "Hercules", is it a program?

I hope it's just a joke :x the site you are visiting is OF Hercules emulator. So he clearly means edit the emulator files.You need to edit src/common/mmo.h,
Find PACKETVER and change it to the client date you have chosen.

I think I was confused the same when I was trying to get my head around how RO emulation works.
RO runs off the server files provided in the Hercules github.
I think this thread is the perfect place to get started. If you can set your server up through this guide, it's a huge learning step. I probably couldn't set a server up this way even now, but I did it once and it got me started. Now everything is a lot easier and I know my server files like the back of my hand.

Yeah I don't know where that is, I cant even get close to finishing the hercules setup because the instructions are outdated and mostly have dead links. And it just turned me off to making my own server for my Lan.
How do you start doing the hercules setup? Im really new to all this.
