[Help]I got a null in quest journal

First,The quest is not show in the quest journal (I already open all tab to check the quest but the quest is not there )

, but the quest is display in the right side of the windows in strange language

How can I fix this problem ? 

I already look at    ...dataquestid2display.txt

and

dbquest_db.txt  but nothing is strange

The quest ID is  7120

I think that it caused the Hangul are mixed in the file.

As for the character-code of the file, preservation and reading are done in Korean when there is Korean in the file.
