it seems 2013-08-07aRagexe cant diff to read data folder first instead of .grf

coz im new here at database i dont know about lub/lua so i might encounter error if i try to upload it as .thor to test

so i want to try first in my data folder before uploading to the server

but i encountering trouble with diffing any assistance please

im new here at hercules and new in making ro

my platform use windows 10

and everytime i extract the data to assci it became japanese "katakana" format.

is there any solution for this for me to use this files in ascci format?
