  1. i run file char-server sql then up make_connection: connect failed socket #2, code 10061
     
     
    I solved many ways , it has not .    I have to try and turn off antivirus and off Firewall It does not work
     
     
    Check to help me , thank you. :D;)  i tyro help recommend
