Can you tell me what file is it that have this? My language is not english, and I need to translate it, but I don't seem to find it on this data.

The video pretty much sum up the bug.
When at a certain point number, it simply don't add any more points.

Don't know if related, but rather then the points been add 1 per 1, when using the /dex+, /luk+, /agi+, /str+, /vit+ or /int+, it goes instantly.
