@jowy I encountered the same problem as you, may I know what you did in more specific? Currently I am using latest kro with this translation https://github.com/zackdreaver/ROenglishRE/tree/master/data Bundled within the repository is the old map so I didn't change the map. Just like you it rendered properly but I cant walk out of the room. I have deleted the mapcache.dat and re-run the mapcache.exe. still no luck.

Hello all, I am new here, anyway, my problem is currently the warp point for the novice academy is all messed up. On the second floor I am stucked at the middle of black screen. After further research I found that this is related to the mismatch of the map data and the map cache on the server side. May I know what is the version of data.grf used in master branch of the hercules now. I am currently using data from http://herc.ws/board/topic/6801-release-the-data-grf-project/ *Edit* Also when I run mapcache, there are map that is not found. For example poring_c01, poring_c02, pvp_y_1-5, pvp_y_2-5, pvp_y_3-5, pvp_y_4-5, pvp_y_5-5, pvp_y_6-5, pvp_y_7-5, pvp_y_8-5.
