Hi everyone,
i started playing Ragnarok on euRO back in the days.
I guess in 2004/2005/2006 but im not that sure.
I loved that Game and i would say i was addicted to it.
Now, tons of years later it happens that i got my own root server with very good connection and i would like to setup my own RO Server.
But i would like to have it like i remember it.
There was no 3rd Jobs, No Babys, No Super Novis or Pets.
A Swordsman could become a Knight or a Crusader.
The Geffen Dungeon was full of those purple mushrooms, Prontera and Payon had there beautiful old style.......
I wish i could have this back.
I've managed to install Hercules Server

My Server has Dual 4*2,5GHz Xenon Processors and 32GB Ram so it differs a bit from a raspberryPI but it works.
I am able to run the Server without any Problem.
Sadly i was not able to make a working Client though.
Sometimes, with some Versions of a Client i managed to create an account and get to the Char select screen. But then i got disconnected.
Sometimes i dont even managed to get this far.
Portforwarding etc. is working correctly.
Im pretty sure it must have something to do with the Clients/Files/Stuff i am trying to use on my side.
Please, can anyone help me to get my Project working.
I would like to know which Client, Files and Stuff to use to make the dream of an Oldschool RO Server come true.
Once it is working, maybe we can meet and play like we did... back in the days.
Your help is appreciated since i was trying hard but got desperated.
