Is the headgear really not working yet for player custom mobs?

I'm actually referring to the magic skills to my summons, they would periodically inflict 1 damage.  No problems with my damage.

There is a problem in the Gunslinger and Rebel class in general in the latest emulator.  https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules 

1.  Rebel does not level past 99

2.  Rebel active skills are not recognized and always miss.

3.  Rebel supportive skills don't activate and don't give the buffs.

4. The grenade launcher can't be used because it doesn't recognize grenade ammo.

Good day, I discovered a problem involving the Rebel class.  The skills always miss and it's stuck to 99. I found out that the exp_group_db doesn't seem to recognize the Rebel class as part of the extended class and only recognizes it as part of the FirstClasses. 

 

I've already posted this on RO offline for newbies thinking perhaps it's a problem with his version,  but after replacing the emulator with the latest emulator from https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules. I've found the problem persisted so I appropriately ask here as perhaps it's a problem in the emulator itself.  Thanks to anyone who noticed this as I'm not really tech-savvy.

Good day, I found an error involving the Rebellion class, its base level stuck to 99 and all its skills always miss.  Is there a way to fix this?

I'm using herc renewal, no problems for other classes.

 

edit: I hope this helps but, after some tweaking with exp_group_db.conf I found out that emulator seems to not recognize rebel as an extended class, but instead recognizes the Rebel class as one of the Firstclasses.

A straight forward question,  I use @summon command for a mob but it doesn't follow me.  Is there a different command, or do I need to change something.

I'm having a problem, I'm making custom mobs I'm following https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/wiki/Custom-Mobs instructions but I can't find the mob_avail.txt,  datainfo/npcidentity.lua and datainfo/jobname.lua in your pack, did I miss anything or is that link far too outdated.
