i have a problem with your hshield patch on my client so i went and tested it through your patcher and i get this

what is the server version you are using? cause im using the pre-compiled version for Ragexe 20130703 from the downloads here and i receive no errors when i warped.

I would like a Buff NPC with a setup like this:
Novice lv1-3 500z
Intermediate lv4-6 2000z
Expert Maxed Level Buffs 8000z
Novice level would be like lv1-3 increase agility and blessing.
Intermediate level would be same as novice but lv4-6 and Angelus.
Expert level would have all known buffs all Maxed Level.

Is Hercules able to operate on a text database like eAthena was?
If it can how do I enable?

just another person thats having a client side issue(same error and what not) like that friend of your's
Edit: I figured out why mine is not working is that when i use nemo's patcher(i also tried others) the hshield disable in the Test Patches pulls up a parse error(Disable HShield : PATCH PARSE ERROR - TypeError: Result of expression 'exe.getActivePatches' [undefined] is not a function) i've tried many clients but it does the same thing so ya thats whats happening to me don't know if this is what your friend is encountering as well...so ya idk what to do...
