the skill "throw arrow" seems to have a delay bigger than it should. According to experiences on official servers and other sources.
can someone post the source for before renewal update (episode 13.2 exactly)
the skill should be usable as fast as the attack speed of the charachter on instant cast (that means 190 attack speed with instant cast should be able to use throw arrow 5 times in one second)
so. can anyone test and send the code for the skill if it is working correctly? if it is not, can anyone point why, and if its a bug correct it?
