Hi, guys!

 

may i know how to make bHPVanishRate on my hercules server

 

some item need to use bHPVanishRate script

 

Item : Vellum Katzbalger 

ID : 21002 

Description : Decreases target's HP by 8% per hit. (This effect does not work with skills)

 

i follow Fixed Bug #7678, but not work!!

 

help me plz
