Switch frost

re the issue here http://herc.ws/board/tracker/issue-7307-status-weapon-switch/?st=20 is there any chance to enable 2 effects when switching weapons?

I think it is enabled because last time when I played Champion job I use my main weapon and change it fast (with timing) to a frost weapon but still the damage is depending on the main weapon but I can frost my enemies if they dont use anti frost. They are dead anyways .
