Increase Magic Damage Pre-Renewal for monsters?

Can anyone tell me how can I increase magic damage for monsters ?

The only way I know to increase their magic damage is to manually increase their INT attributes.

[top1 0]

Increasing their INT means to increase their DEF too

 

Any suggestion only increase their magic damage ?
