I (We) need (simple?) guidance!

Hello everyone, I am here humbly asking for help.

Me and my friend have set up a server just for fun, but we've been having problems on my connection.

He is the master mind of the operation, so im just the friend who seeks to play, so without further due, I'll explain.

We have to connect via Hamachi, and we are on on Hamachi every time I try to connect, but it simply won't let me.

We have a method of Username_(m) or (f) to create an account, when I try doing it, It takes a quite a while to tell me the message: Failed to connect to server.

I have tried signing in with his account, only to receive more failure.

We have changed the IP and all, our char.conf and map.info was also configured. Can someone help us? Please. He is able to log on, but I am not. The emulator won't even notify him of my try.

Please, someone help us.

No, ill try it, btw i have the most recent emulator, im using hamachi, the only files i need to change the ip is Char.conf, map.conf and clientinfo right?

If you're able to connect to the server but your friends in hamachi can't and you're sure the clientinfo have correct informations then it would be Firewall problem (from my old experience with it) be sure that you have opened the ports correctly and for test try to disable it and see if worked.

 i dont think so that its a firewall problem, this is not my first server, my friend could login in the other times i've made a server, (with hercules emulator 2013/2014 and rathena too) its very weird

I would make a complete new topic regarding this problem, but I think that would be a sort of spam.

I have tried entering while we were both online at hamachi with both Avast Antivírus and Firewall completely OFF, my friend managed to enter, the emulator will not answer to my try of entering.
