Does 2015-12-16aRagexe client available to download?

Hi to all devs.. i can see inside the src/map/packet.h, theres's added support for newer 2015 client, 2015-12-16aRagexe.. but been looking at download section.. didn't found any available download link for this client.. just want to be sure.. is this client is available at the momemt? With regards, thank you..
