Hi. Sadly we can't provide assistance to rAthena but since that's a common error both in rAthena and Hercules I'll try to be of help:

 

It seems you didn't make an user for your ro databases or the credentials you provided to your emulator to connect in conf/inter-athena.conf are wrong. Also check that the user has access to the databases you've set for the emulator.

thanks guys bout the Map-server has been terminated is solved but this is another problem that ive encoutered..when i click my loki.exe that i have already edited this error pop-out..kindly tell me what up with this error thanks guys

Your LUA files need to be the same as the client you're using, so just make sure the dates match (Most LUA SVN add the Lua Date/client compatibility on their log messages on every commit)

Also make sure you have these lua files and that they're in the right directory.
