mapflag noskill (message when try to use skill in blocked map)

Hi everyone, I'm here today to post a new issue that I am having with Skills in mapflag-noskill.
Well, I've blocked the Prontera map to use skills (npc/mapflag/noskill.txt) I go to the last line and put "prontera    mapflag    noskill", alright it is good.
But I want when the Players try to use the skills in Prontera map they get the message : "You cannot use skills in this map.", how can I do this?
