exp_group_db.conf MaxLevel 254 error

Anyone has an exp_group_db.conf for max level 254?  I have a 254/70 server and gives me this error

The Class Group does not have enough experience lines for level 254, it only goes up to 98, you need to add more XP, up to level wanted.
