Problem Login Create account at Flux

Hello All

I try now over Hours to fix My CP

My Problem is when i try o login he Says

 

I think my CP dosn´t Communicate with my database. But Why?

'UseMD5' => true,

Change it to

'UseMD5' => false,

 

in Config/server.php line #48
