How to enable crit for double attack?

Implementation Double Critical Attack. It is now possible to use double critical damage attack on the kRO.

Basically what happens is that whenever you get a chance to CRIT, the crit will be applied through Double Attack. For instance, before you can only CRIT or Double Attack. Now what happens is if its your chance to crit, you will attack twice (2 crit attacks) with Double Attack.
