BM/Shortcut Window does not open

Hello, my BM/Shortcut Window just does not open and does not generate any errors.
I don't know when this error starts and I didn't find anyone with this problem.



If you can give me at least one way of solving it, I appreciate it.

Corrected replacing the file luafiles514 / lua files / wndinfo.lub with one of the same, but more older (2014)
