Monstername color choosed by difficulty

Hello everyone,

 

is it possible to turn off the feature, that the monster name is shown in red,normal or grey?

 

Actually the monstername is shown red when the player is <10 lvl lower as the mob and its grey if the player is >15 level.

 

Is it client related or server side?

 

Used client is 20120410
