IP/Account ID Checker ( Shows character name in the IP )

Hello can someone help me with my request script ID Checker ( to check if a player abusing a GM Freebies )

Example

 

Account ID Checker

@accountid 200512

Result shows all character inside 200512 Account ID

 

IP Checker 

@checkip 127.0.0.1

Result show all Account ID with 127.0.0.1 IP

 

 is this possible to make?
