Request kagero/oboro changer

Hello my friends, im requesting a Kagero/Oboro Changer.

Example: 
A ninja level MALE 99 click and the npc says "Hello, you are a ninja, and you're a boy!. Do you want to be an Kagero? ... YES/NO" and TA-DA!.. i made an npc like this, but doesn't work, i dont know why
