Question About Renewall ASPD

Hi, I`m having a litlte discusion with my dear users  about Rnewall ASPD.
Then I came to ear some opinions from Hercules owners ( The ppl that works on this without money xD)

Looking At this article we read that Each class has a Base ASPD (146 or 156) which is affected by the weapon (-50 ~ +2).

In any case they said they are following this Table IRO ASPD TABLE PER CHAR

In that table shows Base ASPD For ranger is 156



But on hercules Mod says 158 on a ranger stranger...
 

Can someone explain me this please?

tl;dr

hercules uses kRO formula that is DIFFERENT from iRO
