Kagerou Skills Description Not Fully Translate?

Im using Hercules test client for my server. I already put all files in smallclient.exe into my ro folder.. Then already put "2012-04-10 Lub+src Files [Translated].rar" into my server grf.. All works fine including navigation.. Kagerou skills already translate but not the description.. Does this problem only me or that description still not translate? Thank you..

Are the skills actually translated inside the lua though? If not, you can translate them by hand... Maybe use this to help.

Still not translate.. But others translated and fix.. Like pin.. Also item box.. Where is kagerou skills description location? I will try to make manually.. Thanks..

Hmmm... Some description manage to translate.. But some still korean.. Which part must i edit or does it already translated?
