Flux CP - How to add page

Hello, i want to ask if how to put additional page in flux like 

 

Staff webpage

http://www.website.com/?module=page&action=Staff

 

I know that there's a Content management sytem. but i don't want to use that, some says its risky.

 

Now i just want to add manually anyone here know how please?

Go to module folder -> find main folder -> create a new php file named Staff.php

yes but i need the code for that... like only a simple code to make a page. that can blend in my theme content

hi @@keough, do u manage to add page.? i too try to avoid content management. also heard some said it is risky.. if u know how to add page, do u mind to show where i should add php file so that the page will comeout.
